# Decide before it spends.

> Two things a person who signs off can do: set what each AI teammate may spend, and see the balance. All of it sits in the same workspace as the work.

## A limit for each AI teammate.

Settings has a page for what each AI teammate may spend from the balance, and where your Team is warned. It shows what each has spent this period beside its limit.

## One balance, and how long it lasts.

Your Team pays for AI teammate work from one balance. You can add to it, and billing shows what is left. Runway tells you what a month looks like at this pace.

## Decide before it spends.

Limits and one balance, in the same workspace as the work.
