Run record

Plain words in. A record out.

Tell an AI teammate what you want the way you would tell a colleague. Duly keeps the record, so what it did and what it cost are never a guess.

Plain words

Plain words are enough.

No form, no template, no prompt to engineer. You say what you want in the room, and an AI teammate answers there.

Each AI teammate has a page of its own: what it is for, its instructions, its model and its cost, what triggers it, and its status.

Research Helper's page: its latest activity, the jobs it has, who can use it, and on the right what it has spent of its limit and when it runs next.

Its record

Whether it kept up, day by day.

An AI teammate's status shows the last 30 days: the days it answered on time, the slow ones and the problems, and what it has been up to in plain sentences.

When something went wrong, the page says since when and what you need to do, which is often nothing.

Research Helper's status panel: a notice that it has been out since 2:16 PM, a chart of the last 30 days, and what it has been up to.

The bill

Every cost has a line.

Billing keeps an activity list of purchases, stopped runs and refunds, with what each cost, so the bill explains itself.

The balance shows how long it lasts at the current pace.

Ask for the work. Keep the record.

Every AI teammate, every day, one place to look.
